Stefanie Magness is a speaker, author, host, and Founder & Chief Visibility & Reputation Strategist of Elevate Visibility Group.
This year Stefanie Magness is putting that truth on paper. Her book, Put Your Paper Back on the Wall, releases in October 2026, and she is taking its message to people wherever they lead: in the C-suite, on campus, in their communities, and in their own businesses.
A former registered Maryland lobbyist, she spent more than a decade speaking up for others from the D.C. Council to Capitol Hill, then put her own name on the ballot and ran for office. Today she leads Elevate Visibility Group, where her clients have been named Most Admired CEOs, Leaders in Law, and Top 100 Women.
A cheerleader since her Boys & Girls Club days, she has one message for everyone: I believe in you. Now go cheer for yourself.
As the host of Behind the Start, Stefanie brought her voice to the interview chair. Her work includes speaking, facilitating conversations, and hosting.
She holds an M.S. in Law & Public Policy from PennWest University and a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
